1. Booking and Payment

2. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the departure date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and non-refundable charges such as hotel bookings or transportation costs.
- No refund will be provided for services not utilized during the tour.
3. Changes by the Company
- We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters.
- In such cases, alternative arrangements will be provided, or a refund will be issued as per company policy.
4. Travel Documents
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents such as passports, visas, permits, and identification required for the journey.
- The company is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.
5. Health and Safety
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
- The company is not liable for any illness, injury, or mishap that occurs during the tour. Travelers are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.
6. Liability
- The company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transport companies, and activity organizers.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, losses, or additional expenses caused by third-party services or factors beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services booked.
7. Conduct and Behavior
- Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and customs.
- The company reserves the right to terminate services for individuals whose behavior is disruptive or harmful, without any refund.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
